Niyi Aborisade is a Partner in the Law Firm. He specialises in Immigration, Employment and Civil Litigation. He has extensive experience in finding errors of law from the decision of both the First-Tier and upper Immigration Tribunal. Niyi has high success rates in conducting judicial review cases and in negotiation with the Treasury Solicitors in favour of the clients.

He has acted for an appellant in a criminal matter at the Court of appeal in a reported case and succeeded in reducing sentence for the appellant even where counsel suggested there was no merit. He has conducted a huge numbers of appeals at both the first-tier and Upper Tribunal in immigration matter with 80% success rate.

In employment matter, he has acted for Claimants who have received thousands of pounds in compensation and has also acted for Respondent successfully.

He is currently working on a case which may introduce new favourable rules to the immigration system

Olufemi Olujimi - Partner

Olufemi Olujinmi Esq. is the pioneer principal of OA Solicitors. He is dual qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales.

Olufemi specialises in corporate Immigration, criminal litigation, civil Litigation, employment law, corporate and commercial matters.

Olufemi has extensive experience as a lawyer in Nigeria and the United Kingdom and has been actively involved in international arbitrations on behalf of corporate clients. He has been in legal practice in the United Kingdom as a practicing solicitor since 2005.

Olufemi’s practice as a solicitor in the United Kingdom ranges from the First Tier Tribunals, Magistrate Courts, County Courts, Crown Courts and the High Court to the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He is currently pursuing a matter at the Court of Appeal for a client that has changed the interpretation of the Immigration Rules in the light of a conflicting provision in the enabling Act. The Court of Appeal has already granted permission in the matter and the Secretary of State is has already proposed to settle the matter out of court.

Olufemi is an expert on Canadian Immigration law and is presently in the process of re-qualifying as a Canadian Barrister and Solicitor.

Adebola Sobande
Qualifications: Bsc, GDL, PGDip., LLM

Adebola Sobande is an established solicitor, she studied Banking and Finance in Nigeria and Law in England & Wales. She is a seasoned immigration, human right, family and criminal defence lawyer with years of experience and has worked at both private and public sectors.

Adebola worked at the compliance department of the First Bank of Nigeria PLC (Head Office) before traveling to the UK to study law. She has worked with various law firms before joining OA Solicitors as a solicitor.

Before her enrolment into the Law Society, she has been representing clients in various matters. She has also won so many appeal matters and as well reversed so many deportation orders. She has represented clients in various Judicial Review matters in which the defendant sought to settle out of court. She has as well represented clients in both family and litigation matters.

By virtue of her training as a human rights lawyer, Adebola’s favourite areas of practice is immigration, and she has extensive experience in many areas including divorce, litigation family, criminal defence, human rights/civil liberties, and employment law. She has handled various immigration matters in particular those involving human rights issues.

Adebola enjoys assisting clients in making applications or defending them in the event of human rights and or civil liberties violations. She prides herself in making dealings with clients as personal and uncomplicated as possible. Adebola is approachable and a very open-minded individual.
